Gentle Flow:
This Gentle flow class is a mixed level class linking movement to the breath. You can expect an emphasis on ease of movement and a focus on the breath. The class is a blend of cultivating movement with self enquiry/ inner awareness.

Day and Time: Mondays at 7pm

1-1 Yoga Tuition:
1-1 yoga tuition is tailored to the individual. Whether an experienced yogi, a relative newcomer or a complete beginner. The private practice is 1 hour long and will include a free 15 minute initial call to find out your goals, aims and to personalise the session to meet your needs.

Community Yoga:
This Community Yoga class has a focus of connecting with your body&mind and finishes with a meditation in the gorgeous Garden.
Please bring a yoga mat with you.
All levels Welcome.

Location: Abbey Physic Community Garden - Faversham
Day and Time: Alternate Saturdays at 8am (See Class Timetable)
Duration: 1 hour

Mindful Hatha:
Intimate Class in the beautiful Apothica in Faversham. This a slow but steady paced class, holding posing, building strength whilst also focusing on moving with the breath, meditation and relaxation. Mats are provided for this class.
All levels Welcome. Though some experience in Yoga would be beneficial.

Day and Time: Wednesdays 7pm
Duration: 1 hour

Flow & Restore:
This 90 minute class includes Meditation, Pranayama, Asana, a lovely long Shavasana and finishes with a seated Meditation. All Levels Welcome.

Location: Reculver and Beltinge Memorial Hall.
Day and Time: Thursdays 9:30am

Uplifting Flow:
This class entail a thorough exploration of self-inquiry, emphasising the connection between body and mind, staying present in the moment, and reflecting on our thoughts and emotions.

You can also expect Meditation and Mindfulness, allowing you a well rounded practice for both body and mind.

Yoga does not have a specific gender, age, body type, social class or ethnicity. If you want to try yoga, roll out a mat and join a class!* 

My Approach

Bringing together the Body and Mind, welcoming inner awareness and focusing on the present moment are aspects that are present in our yoga classes.

Be prepared to feel the three R’s = Refreshed, Relaxed, Rejuvenated!

Frequently Asked Questions

Yoga is not about being flexible. It is your own personal journey, meeting yourself on the mat with no judgement. If you want to increase your flexibility then taking part in regular yoga practice will help, though yoga is much more than being able to touch your toes. If you allow it, it will take you on a spiritual journey. Connecting to the breath, the body & mind and finding postures that work for you is all part of the Yogic experience.

We recommend joining our Hatha Yoga Beginners Class. A slow paced Hatha practice ideal for first time yogis.
