Welcome, I’m Jess!!

I’m a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist with the ADMP UK,
Qualified Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Facilitator.
I believe movement is a fundamental part of wellness and life, and is immensely important to mental health, physical health and overall wellbeing. Movement is used in my psychotherapy work, Body & Mind classes and Yoga classes. I have found a source of relief from stress and anxiety by moving my body, which is why holistic somatic approaches run through Dea Dia. Try a class and give your body and mind the care and attention it needs to surthrive in this unbalanced society we find ourselves in.

What does the name mean?

Dea Dia was the Roman Goddess of Growth. The name came about as I wanted something that would represent self-development, self-growth and self-confidence. The values of Dea Dia is to help you flourish, thrive and become the person you’re meant to be. Welcome change, for without change there is no growth. You are not stuck, you can change and grow and transform your life and become your own Goddess of Growth!
