Frequently Asked Questions

Yoga is not about being flexible. It is your own personal journey, meeting yourself on the mat with no judgement. If you want to increase your flexibility then taking part in regular yoga practice will help, though yoga is much more than being able to touch your toes. If you allow it, it will take you on a spiritual journey. Connecting to the breath, the body & mind and finding postures that work for you is all part of the Yogic experience.

We recommend joining our Hatha Yoga Beginners Class. A slow paced Hatha practice ideal for first time yogis.

Please visit our T&C page and consult your Doctor before participating in any physical activity with or after an injury. Our yoga classes offer diverse levels to suit all, but before booking onto a class drop us a message and we will be happy to go through our Health Questionnaire to give you the best experience possible.
